You must be aware that the U.S. bombed Nagasaki and Hiroshima because they wanted to let the Russians know that we had the A bomb, not to end the war sooner to save soldiers. Clearly, the war would have ended since we were in negotiations with the Japanese. It's just that they wanted to be able to save face, a very important cultural concept to the Japanese and other Asian nationalities. Also, is it your understanding as it is mine, that America supported fascism at least to some extent, and if so, could you shead some light on the reasons. I would like to be able to connect the turning away of the ship that held Jewish people who were so despirate to land on U.S. shores, but who couldn't because of our government's refusal to allow it sending them back to Europe to certain death in the concentration camps AND the support of fascism if I can. Do you have any documentation on those events to support my theory?
